Training and Development Expert (m/f/d)

About the role

SEBN Morocco is looking for a Training and Development Expert for its HR department in Salé. The role covers training standards, competency development, leadership programs and talent management, and supports Plant Team Leaders and managers. Applications must be submitted in English.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain MA training and development standards, methodologies and tools
• Support Plant Team Leaders in turning competency gaps into effective development plans
• Design and support implementation of training and capability-building programs
• Provide expertise on performance management and individual development plans
• Support talent reviews, succession planning and critical-position development
• Develop common leadership and management-development programs
• Support career-path and internal-mobility frameworks
• Analyze training effectiveness and development outcomes
• Build the training and development team capacity and share best practices across plants
• Support digitalization and continuous improvement of training processes

Required profile

• Bachelor's (and optional Master's) degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Training & Development, Learning & Development or HR, ideally in a manufacturing environment
• Experience designing, implementing and evaluating training programs, and conducting training needs analyses
• Knowledge of talent management, succession planning and individual development plans is an advantage
• Experience advising managers and employees on training topics
• Fluent French and Arabic, very good English
