Transfers Agent (Internship)

About the role

Join Intrepid Travel in Marrakech as a Transfers Agent Intern, supporting the smooth operation of both scheduled trips and private group transfers. You will work closely with local operators and internal teams to ensure every transfer runs flawlessly.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily transfers, handling bookings, cancellations, and changes.
• Liaise with local transfer operators to confirm schedules and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with Operations, Product, and Sales teams to support trip logistics.
• Maintain accurate records and generate reports on transfer performance.

Required profile

• Travel experience in Morocco and a genuine passion for responsible travel.
• Strong organisational and customer‑service skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate clearly in both English and French.
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks and using IT systems.
• Friendly, reliable, team‑oriented attitude.
