Treasury Accountant

About the role

We are seeking a technically strong Treasury Accountant to join a dynamic finance team. The role will ensure accurate day‑to‑day treasury operations through bank accounting, reconciliations and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily bank reconciliations and promptly resolve outstanding items.
• Maintain accurate recording of bank movements and related accounting entries.
• Monitor cash flows and liquidity positions.
• Prepare treasury‑related accounting and management reports.
• Support month‑end and year‑end closing activities.
• Identify and escalate reconciliation and treasury‑related risks.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with banks, Finance and Treasury teams on transactions, reconciliations and payment‑related matters.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in accounting, treasury or bank reconciliation.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and bank reconciliation processes.
• Experience with ERP systems; SAP experience is preferred.
• Exposure to multi‑currency environments and treasury reporting is an advantage.
• CPA, ACCA or equivalent professional certification is a plus.
• High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
