Fortrade Ltd. is a leading online trading platform that has recently launched its operations in Morocco. We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic Trilingual Account Manager to join our Rabat team. This role is pivotal in driving client acquisition, nurturing relationships, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new traders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with prospective clients registering for demo accounts and guide them through the platform’s features.
• Present the platform’s capabilities in a clear, compelling manner to convert demo users into funded, active traders.
• Identify client needs and deliver tailored solutions that align with their trading goals.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date CRM records, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
• Collaborate closely with the sales, marketing, and compliance teams to meet and exceed collective targets.
• Provide exceptional client experiences that foster loyalty and long‑term relationships.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or university degree (preferred).
• Fluency in English (C1+), French (B2+), and Gulf Arabic with strong written and spoken communication skills.
• Previous sales experience is an asset, but a strong drive and motivation are key.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
• Familiarity with Forex/CFD trading is a plus, but not essential.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment with the ability to multitask.
• Must be based in Morocco, ideally in Rabat or nearby regions.
