UI Application Developer – Data Visualization

About the role

As a UI Application Developer within Lear's EU & Africa IT Team, you will translate business requirements into visual tools that enable stakeholders to make data‑driven decisions. You will collaborate closely with work‑stream leaders and data scientists to deliver end‑to‑end solutions that combine machine‑learning models with intuitive user interfaces for manufacturing operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage execution of data‑focused projects using Lear’s analytics and application platform.
• Develop application‑based solutions from concept to delivery for Lear use cases.
• Create a standard toolset for data analysis and stakeholder presentations.
• Contextualise statistical information to highlight trends across disparate data sources.
• Build interactive, real‑time dashboards and visualisations.
• Integrate legacy and new data feeds into scalable datasets.
• Maintain documentation and procedures in line with internal ITPM practices.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Systems, or a related electronic discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience designing and developing applications for operational use cases.
• Experience with data for machine‑learning purposes and visualisation methods.
• Strong knowledge of UI architectural patterns and execution.
• Proficiency with the PowerBI platform.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS development environments.
• Confidence presenting to senior, multicultural stakeholders.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
