UI/UX Designer & SEO Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer who also owns SEO for our clients. The ideal candidate thinks about user behavior before aesthetics and integrates technical SEO considerations directly into the design process.

Key responsibilities

• Design clean, intuitive interfaces for websites, landing pages, funnels, and internal tools.
• Conduct UX research and map user flows before creating any screen.
• Build and maintain design systems and component libraries for consistency across projects.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are feasible and handed off with complete documentation.
• Perform SEO audits, identify technical and on‑page issues, and implement fixes with the development team.
• Handle keyword research, meta‑data optimization, schema markup, internal linking, and Google Search Console monitoring.
• Produce monthly SEO performance reports covering rankings, impressions, clicks, and technical health.
• Review client sites for UX problems, conversion bottlenecks, and SEO issues, offering proactive recommendations.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of UI/UX design experience with shipped projects.
• Strong command of Figma and ability to hand off clean design files.
• Solid understanding of web development constraints.
• Proven SEO experience with audits, implementations, and measurable ranking improvements.
• Knowledge of Core Web Vitals, page speed, and how design impacts search performance.
• Ability to manage multiple client projects without compromising quality.
• Fluent English for reading briefs, writing SEO recommendations, and team communication.
