Utilities Coordinator

About the role

COFICAB is seeking a Utilities Coordinator to oversee the efficient operation of plant utilities and maintain a safe, well‑organized work environment across its Moroccan facilities. The role ensures that all stationary, transportation, security and benefit services run smoothly, supporting the company’s commitment to sustainability and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Provide and maintain plant stationary and office furniture.
• Plan, execute and control plant housekeeping activities.
• Manage employee lockers in compliance with local legislation.
• Organise and optimise company transportation services.
• Define, implement and monitor security procedures, including parking, key management and CCTV oversight.
• Coordinate with the IT department to ensure CCTV backups are properly maintained.
• Implement and monitor the company benefit programme (restaurant, transportation, cleaning and security providers), including pre‑selection of service providers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or Management.
• 1‑3 years of experience in a similar role within an industrial or manufacturing environment.

Required skills

• Knowledge of security and safety procedures in an industrial setting.
• Familiarity with benefit‑program administration.
• Basic understanding of CCTV systems and backup processes.
