Value Management Officer

About the role

The Value Management Officer will drive portfolio value optimisation, agile adoption and governance within Orange Business' Major Service Center in Morocco. Reporting to the Chief Operation Office, the role supports the delivery of global performance and transformation objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate Lean Portfolio Management processes and coordinate key portfolio events.
• Collaborate with the Lean‑Agile Center of Excellence (LACE) to implement best practices across the portfolio.
• Establish and maintain metrics‑driven governance frameworks to measure and improve value delivery.
• Communicate the portfolio strategy and ensure alignment with enterprise‑level priorities.
• Support lean budgeting practices and promote operational excellence.
• Act as the primary point of contact for portfolio stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience in portfolio management or value management within a digital or telecom environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to define and track performance metrics.
• Excellent communication skills to convey strategy and align stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams and agile centers of excellence.
