Venues Acquisition Manager – Hybrid (Casablanca)

About the role

Exhibition Hub is looking for a dynamic Venues Acquisition Manager to lead the sourcing, negotiation and management of premier exhibition spaces across Europe. You will work closely with production, marketing and operations teams to ensure each venue meets our high standards for accessibility, infrastructure and audience experience.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify potential venues independently and through real‑estate agencies based on event size, target audience and logistical needs.
• Conduct site visits and evaluate venues for accessibility, capacity, infrastructure and regulatory compliance.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with venue owners and suppliers to secure optimal terms.
• Collaborate with production and marketing teams to confirm venue suitability for each exhibition.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with venue representatives and industry contacts.
• Monitor emerging venue trends, competitor activities and new openings.
• Oversee venue‑related risk assessments and ensure health, safety and accessibility compliance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve venue‑related challenges to guarantee smooth event execution.

Required profile

• Technical or production background with 3‑5 years of experience in venue sourcing, production or related roles within touring exhibitions or events.
• Strong negotiation and contract management abilities.
• Excellent networking and relationship‑building skills.
• Analytical mindset with solid problem‑solving capabilities.
• Willingness to travel for site visits and industry events.
• Fluent in English and French; additional languages are a plus.
