Video Editor & Videographer (Marketing)

About the role

We are looking for a creative Video Editor & Videographer to join our marketing team and bring the GODO brand to life through high‑quality video content. The ideal candidate should be comfortable shooting, editing and creating content from concept to final delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, shoot and edit high‑quality video content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn and other digital channels.
• Create Reels, short‑form videos, UGC‑style content, promotional videos and brand films.
• Develop creative concepts from marketing briefs and translate them into compelling visual stories.
• Film office content, employee interviews, events, webinars, seminars and promotional campaigns.
• Edit videos with strong pacing, storytelling, transitions, sound design, subtitles and motion graphics.
• Produce multiple variations of content for different platforms and audiences.
• Maintain consistency with GODO’s visual identity, colours, typography and brand style.
• Assist with UGC creator/influencer content, including filming, briefing and editing.
• Repurpose long‑form webinars and seminars into short‑form social media clips.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in videography and video editing with a strong portfolio of short‑form social media content.
• Ability to create engaging content from a brief with minimal supervision and work in a fast‑paced marketing environment.
• Comfortable appearing on camera or directing talent/UGC creators when required.
• Experience in finance, trading, fintech or financial services is a strong advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects and Photoshop.
• Experience with professional cameras, lighting and audio equipment.
• Motion graphics and animation skills.
• Creation of AI‑generated video content.
• UGC and influencer campaign editing.
• Photography skills.
