Warehouse Manager – Fez

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies in all warehouse activities.
• Manage inbound and outbound logistics, kitting, and mirror area operations.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and guarantee proper material storage and traceability.
• Synchronize physical and system material flows to align with ERP data.
• Monitor and improve operational performance using key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Lead, coach, and develop logistics operators while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous learning.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety, quality, and productivity.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align warehouse transformation with site strategy.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s, Master’s or Engineering degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or Industrial Engineering.
• Proven experience in warehouse or logistics operations within an industrial environment.
• Demonstrated team management and leadership capabilities.
• Strong knowledge of HSE, logistics, quality and continuous improvement principles.
• Good communication skills in English (French is a strong asset).
• Ability to work in a structured, performance‑driven, operational environment.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and lean principles.
