Warehouse Specialist

About the role

The Warehouse Specialist is responsible for managing inbound and outbound flows, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring compliance with material management regulations. This role supports safe and efficient warehouse operations while adhering to 6S standards.

Key responsibilities

• Operate the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to record goods inbound and outbound in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate inventory accounts, perform regular stock checks, and reconcile physical stock with system records.
• Implement and enforce procedures for receiving, dispatching, and handling raw materials, production supplies, and finished goods.
• Organize inventory placement, coding, and identification according to 6S requirements.
• Ensure compliance with access rules for goods and personnel to protect inventory integrity.
• Conduct regular stocktaking, reporting, and documentation of inventory movements.

Required profile

• College degree or equivalent in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Moderate level of relevant work experience in warehouse operations.
• Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems is preferred.
• Experience with warehouse lift‑truck operation and a valid driving licence.
