Web Analytics Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Web Analytics Specialist to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights. In this role you will support strategic decision‑making by implementing tracking solutions, analysing user behaviour, and delivering reports that optimise website performance and marketing ROI.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and maintain analytics platforms such as Google Analytics 4, Adobe Analytics and tag management systems like Google Tag Manager.
• Analyse traffic patterns, user journeys and conversion funnels to uncover optimisation opportunities.
• Build and maintain easy‑to‑understand dashboards and reports using Looker Studio, Data Studio or Tableau.
• Collaborate with marketing and development teams to design and run A/B and multivariate tests.
• Conduct regular audits of tracking implementations to identify and fix data gaps.
• Provide proactive recommendations to improve digital marketing effectiveness and ROI.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of hands‑on experience in web analytics or digital marketing analytics.
• Expert proficiency with Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and tell a data‑driven story.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/JavaScript for tag implementation.
• Reliable high‑speed internet connection and strong attention to detail.
