Web & Digital Assets Specialist

About the role

Pluxee is looking for a Web & Digital Assets Specialist to manage and optimise digital assets – images, videos and documents – across its online presence in France, Tunisia, Morocco and Portugal. You will work closely with content, SEO, UX/UI and development teams to ensure assets support marketing campaigns, enhance user experience and align with brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the organisation, tagging and optimisation of digital assets on DAM platforms and website portals for four markets.
• Collaborate with content and SEO teams to ensure web pages are SEO‑friendly and that assets contribute to search performance.
• Support website updates by integrating assets correctly and ensuring fast load times.
• Partner with UX/UI, marketing and development teams to maintain visual quality, brand consistency and functional accuracy of assets.
• Monitor asset quality, consistency and effectiveness across all digital touchpoints.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience managing web and digital assets, preferably within a SEO‑focused environment.
• Strong understanding of SEO strategies, content optimisation and the impact of assets on search rankings.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally with content, SEO, UX/UI and development teams.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high‑quality standards.
• Full professional proficiency in English.
