We are seeking a Customer Support & Sales Agent to join our remote team in Tanger. The role involves handling customer inquiries via chat, email, and messaging platforms, providing product information, assisting with sales, and delivering after‑sales support. Candidates must be responsive, patient, tech‑savvy, and possess strong communication and sales skills. Responsibilities include quick response to inquiries, guiding customers through setup or troubleshooting, and maintaining professional communication. Requirements: excellent English proficiency, customer service expertise, multitasking ability, basic technical knowledge, sales conversion capability, organized and solution‑oriented mindset, fast typing, and quick response. Working hours are 6 hours per day, 5 days a week, with rotating shifts starting at 8:00 AM. The position is fully remote and offers a competitive salary of 4,000–6,000 DH.
