Access Strategy Manager

About the role

The Access Strategy Manager for Morocco supports the Market Access department in unlocking patient access beyond traditional reimbursement pathways. Reporting to the Patient Access Head MTA, the role focuses on integrating healthcare system strengthening into broader access strategies and ensuring successful product launches.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct pricing analyses and oversee Health Economics & Outcomes Research (HEOR) activities.
• Develop and deliver pharmacoeconomic dossiers that demonstrate clinical and economic value.
• Lead negotiations with health authorities and key decision‑makers for pricing and reimbursement.
• Design, plan and execute Patient Access Programs (POP), Patient Assistance Programs (PAP) and Early Access Programs (EAP).
• Monitor market trends, regulatory changes and competitive dynamics to adapt access strategies.
• Collaborate with global, cluster, medical, regulatory and marketing teams to ensure launch excellence.
• Ensure compliance with local laws, support audits and manage corrective actions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in market access, health economics, pricing and reimbursement within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
• Strong analytical capabilities to conduct pricing and HEOR analyses.
• Demonstrated ability to liaise with health authorities and manage access contracts.
• Experience in designing and managing patient access programs.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with global and local teams.
