As an Accounts Payable Associate based in Rabat, you will be integral to the finance team’s daily operations, ensuring that all vendor invoices are processed accurately and in a timely manner. Your primary responsibilities will include receiving, verifying, coding, and matching invoices to purchase orders, resolving any discrepancies that arise, and preparing payment runs for disbursement. You will also be tasked with reconciling vendor statements, maintaining and updating A/P records within the accounting system, and verifying employee expense reports for policy and coding compliance.

In addition to these core duties, you will respond to inquiries from vendors, clients, and internal colleagues, providing clear and professional communication. You will support month‑end closing activities by ensuring that all A/P entries are accurately recorded and that digital files are organized and accessible. Your role may also involve other tasks as required to support the finance department’s objectives.

We are looking for a detail‑oriented, organized professional who can meet deadlines and maintain confidentiality. The ideal candidate will have a diploma (minimum BAC+2) in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, along with 2–3 years of experience in finance, billing, or A/P roles. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, QuickBooks, or similar accounting software is essential. Strong numerical and data‑entry skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team, are critical to success in this role.

Language requirements include proficient written and spoken English; French language skills are considered a plus.
