    XMA BPO, a subsidiary of a Canadian group headquartered in Montreal, is expanding its operations in Casablanca and is looking for highly motivated English‑speaking Administrative Agents. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline, and will bring a solid background in administrative and accounting functions.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage day‑to‑day accounting and administrative tasks, ensuring accurate and timely processing of financial documents.
    • Handle accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, follow‑ups, and reconciliation.
    • Coordinate with various departments to provide administrative support and streamline workflows.
    • Maintain up‑to‑date financial records, prepare reports, and assist in budgeting and forecasting.
    • Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to operational efficiency initiatives.

    Requirements:

    • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and familiarity with accounting software.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured manner.
    • Analytical mindset and meticulous attention to detail.
    • High level of accuracy, punctuality, and reliability.
    • Autonomous work ethic combined with a collaborative, team‑oriented attitude.
