JESA Advisory & Digital Solutions is a leading management consulting business unit of JESA, delivering services across industry, infrastructure, and urban development throughout Africa and the Middle East. The Associate Consultant – Strategy will be based in Casablanca and will work within integrated project teams that tackle complex challenges for the continent’s largest institutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in issue definition and structuring of projects.
- Screen, collect, and process quantitative and qualitative data from diverse sources.
- Perform in‑depth analyses to support project streams and develop actionable recommendations.
- Interact with internal stakeholders and clients to refine analyses and validate findings.
- Draft comprehensive reports and presentations for client communication.
- Present recommendations to client teams with senior support.
- Collaborate with internal and client teams to implement recommendations and action plans.
- Travel to different locations as required by assigned projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (BAC +5) in engineering or business from top tier institutions.
- Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration abilities.
- Experience in consulting or target sectors (industry, infrastructure, urban development) is a plus.
- International or African experience is a plus.
- Passion for Africa’s development and a drive to tackle the continent’s biggest challenges.
