Overview
Foundever, a leading call‑center provider, is recruiting B2B Customer Advisors for a premium international project serving Nespresso Canada’s business clients. The role is based in Rabat and operates during the night shift (12:00 PM – 4:00 AM). Candidates will support and advise professional clients, identify needs, propose tailored solutions, and drive B2B sales through a consultative approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and advise Nespresso Canada’s B2B professional clients.
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Develop B2B sales through a consultative selling approach.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and long‑term loyalty.
- Maintain brand standards and service quality.
- Use CRM tools and follow internal procedures.
Candidate Profile
- Experience in customer service and/or B2B sales is preferred.
- Motivated junior candidates with strong commercial sense are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent written and spoken French; good level of English required.
- Strong customer service skills and ease in building relationships.
- Results‑oriented with a commercial mindset.
- Comfortable using CRM tools and working in structured environments.
- Ability to thrive in a demanding international context.
- Availability for shifts within the 12:00 PM – 4:00 AM window (pre‑scheduled).
