    Foundever, a leading digital services provider, is expanding its moderation team in Casablanca. We are looking for a dedicated Bilingual Content Moderator (French & English) to ensure that all user‑generated content complies with our platform policies and community standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing a high volume of content, including text, images, and videos, in both French and English. They will identify and flag content that violates guidelines, apply moderation rules consistently, and document incidents for reporting purposes.

    Key responsibilities include:

    • Reviewing user‑generated content in French and English.
    • Identifying and escalating violations of policies, safety standards, or community guidelines.
    • Applying moderation rules objectively and consistently across all content types.
    • Documenting incidents and ensuring accurate reporting to internal teams.
    • Collaborating with local and global teams in a fast‑paced environment.

    Required qualifications:

    • Fluent in French and English (both written and spoken).
    • Comfortable reviewing sensitive or potentially disturbing content.
    • Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and emotional resilience.
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
    • Previous experience in content moderation is a plus.
