We are seeking an experienced and visionary leader to spearhead the Business Acceptance Testing (BAT) function for a prominent insurance client in Morocco. This role is pivotal in establishing and scaling the BAT practice within the organization, ensuring that all commercial solutions meet the highest standards of quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will be responsible for building a world‑class BAT team, defining best practices, and driving continuous improvement across all testing activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive BAT strategies that align with the client’s business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Lead the end‑to‑end testing lifecycle, from requirement analysis and test planning to execution, defect management, and reporting.
• Champion automation initiatives, selecting appropriate tools and frameworks to accelerate test cycles and improve coverage.
• Ensure rigorous functional and non‑functional testing, covering performance, security, usability, and compliance aspects.
• Collaborate with SAP Ariba specialists to validate sourcing, procurement, and supplier management modules, ensuring seamless integration and data integrity.
• Develop and maintain detailed test documentation, including test cases, scripts, and traceability matrices.
• Provide mentorship and coaching to junior testers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
• Engage with stakeholders across business, IT, and operations to gather requirements, clarify expectations, and communicate testing progress.
• Drive practice growth by identifying opportunities for process optimization, tool adoption, and skill development.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in testing and quality assurance.

Required Experience and Skills

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in testing and quality assurance, with a strong focus on Business Acceptance Testing.
• Proven expertise in automation, functional and non‑functional testing, and SAP Ariba modules.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including team building, mentorship, and stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business‑friendly language.
• Strategic thinking and a track record of driving practice growth and process improvement.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.

Location and Working Conditions

• Based in Casablanca, Morocco, with a preference for on‑site presence to facilitate collaboration with the client and internal teams.
