As the Business Acceptance Testing Lead at Novancy, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining the highest standards of quality and reliability for our clients’ critical business processes. Your primary focus will be on Business Acceptance Testing (BAT), ensuring that new systems, integrations, and enhancements meet the defined acceptance criteria before they go live. You will lead a team of QA engineers, testers, and analysts, guiding them through the entire testing lifecycle—from test planning and design to execution, defect management, and reporting.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and executing comprehensive test plans that cover functional, non‑functional, and automation testing scenarios.
• Managing the end‑to‑end testing of SAP Ariba modules, including Sourcing, Procurement, and Supplier Management, to guarantee seamless integration and performance.
• Implementing and championing GenAI, automation, and UX best practices to enhance test coverage and efficiency.
• Collaborating closely with stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to align testing objectives with business goals.
• Providing mentorship and coaching to junior testers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Driving practice growth by identifying opportunities for process optimization, tool adoption, and service expansion.

To succeed in this role, you will need a strong background in QA and testing, proven leadership experience, and a deep understanding of SAP Ariba ecosystems. You should be comfortable working in a fast‑paced, client‑centric environment and possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in testing or quality assurance, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
• Advanced knowledge of Business Acceptance Testing, automation, functional and non‑functional testing.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP Ariba modules (Sourcing, Procurement, Supplier Management).
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
