Business Analyst – Telco Campaign

About the role

The Business Analyst II will analyse business needs for an in‑house telco campaign and turn vague concepts into clear, actionable solutions. Working within the Operations department, you will support medium to highly complex initiatives that improve operational performance and customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse business needs and translate them into structured plans, systems and functional requirements.
• Develop business cases, cost‑benefit analyses and feasibility assessments for medium to complex initiatives.
• Identify and lead process‑improvement projects to enhance efficiency, scalability and data integrity.
• Support or lead components of complex projects, managing tasks, timelines and dependencies.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders, communicating insights and updates to senior leaders.
• Contribute to testing, validation, implementation and change‑management activities.
• Apply analytical skills to evaluate performance, generate reports and support data‑driven decision‑making.

• Ability to transform ambiguous concepts into clear, measurable plans.
• Experience working cross‑functionally with business units, partners and vendors.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement and documentation.
