Business Development Representative – FinTech (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a high‑energy Business Development Representative to join a stealth‑stage FinTech startup that combines real‑time market data with AI. The role is fully remote and focuses on outbound prospecting to generate qualified meetings and support revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct high‑volume outbound prospecting, making roughly 100 cold calls per day.
• Identify, qualify and engage decision‑makers in trading, investing and financial services firms.
• Book and manage about 20 qualified meetings each month to keep the sales pipeline robust.
• Support the closure of approximately four deals per month.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and track outreach activity using Smartleads and Microsoft Teams.
• Work closely with leadership to refine sales messaging and outreach strategies for technical financial products.

Required profile

• 1‑4 years of experience in a Sales Development Representative, cold‑calling or outbound sales role.
• Professional background in FinTech, financial services or financial investments.
• Strong interest or knowledge of trading, investing and financial markets.
• Excellent English communication skills with the ability to handle complex objections.
• High‑volume mindset and comfort with rigorous daily call targets.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently in a fast‑paced remote startup environment.
