Business Development Representative (German Speaking)

About the role

Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions is expanding its team in Casablanca and seeks a Business Development Representative fluent in German to focus on Broadcom products. The role involves managing existing and prospective customers, driving profitable growth, and supporting post‑sales activities.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Arrow Account Managers and the Customer Success team to identify high‑potential reseller partners for Broadcom solutions.
• Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities within existing accounts to maximize revenue.
• Manage client renewals, contract extensions, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
• Develop sales scenarios and business development opportunities to meet and exceed targets.
• Organize regular commercial training sessions via webinars and facilitate technical training setup.
• Build and maintain trust with partners to ensure Arrow’s involvement in larger projects.
