1. Retail Phase (Months 1–4): You will work directly with retailers in Casablanca, learning the intricacies of retail operations, customer relationship management, and on‑site sales. You’ll shadow sales representatives, negotiate with suppliers, and gather data on foot traffic and inventory levels.
2. Wholesale Phase (Months 5–8): Transitioning to wholesale, you’ll manage relationships with distributors, analyze supply chain data, and negotiate bulk pricing. This phase emphasizes data analysis, Excel/Sheets basics, and project management skills.
3. Operations & Data Phase (Months 9–12): In the final phase, you’ll take on operational leadership, overseeing both retail and wholesale operations, managing projects, and driving data‑driven decisions. You’ll report directly to founders and senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct on‑site visits to retailers and wholesalers, building strong relationships with Darija‑speaking and French‑speaking stakeholders.
• Negotiate pricing, inventory, and promotional terms with suppliers and distributors.
• Collect and analyze sales data using Excel or Google Sheets, turning raw numbers into actionable insights.
• Develop and present reports to the leadership team, highlighting opportunities for growth and efficiency.
• Lead cross‑functional projects, coordinating with product, marketing, and finance teams.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license to support field work.
