Orange Business, a leading digital integrator, invites applications for the position of Business Intelligence & Performance Analyst – Orange Wholesale International. This role is based in Casablanca, Morocco and Bratislava, Slovakia, offering a unique opportunity to work across diverse markets and cultures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Intelligence: Develop and deliver strategic insights on voice market trends through detailed analysis and comprehensive reports.
• Monthly Business Reviews: Present findings to senior stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators and actionable recommendations.
• Tailor‑Made Offers: Monitor and analyze the performance of customized solutions such as outsourcing deals and corridors, providing actionable insights to operational teams.
• Automation & Data Tools: Support the automation of reporting processes using tools like Dataiku and leverage AI technologies (e.g., GenIA) to accelerate decision‑making.
• Budget & Strategic Planning: Assist in building the annual budget and strategic plans by translating hypotheses into concrete actions.
• Forecasting: Collaborate with Finance to produce accurate monthly forecasts, considering factors impacting trends.
• Action Plan Management: Generate ideas, drive initiatives, and track performance to ensure continuous improvement.
• Margin Control: Ensure data accuracy in internal tools, cross‑checking deal submissions and contract validations.
• Internal Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders across commercial, finance, operational, and marketing teams to address emerging needs and challenges.

About You:

• Degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or related fields.
• 3+ years of experience in the telecom wholesale industry.
• Professional proficiency in English; French language skills are a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with Dataiku (a plus).
• Strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial spirit and a talent for spotting trends, outliers, and anomalies.
• Proactive, curious, and collaborative, eager to learn and grow within a dynamic environment.
