The Strategic Chief of Staff will serve as an extension of the founders, thinking, deciding, and executing as if present in every key meeting. Responsibilities include:

• Strategic Execution: Transform vague ideas into structured plans, decks, and models for investors, ministers, and board members, meeting McKinsey/BCG standards.
• Operational Leadership: Lead cross‑functional missions across product, finance, operations, and government relations, identifying and resolving operational gaps proactively.
• Project Management: Own critical projects, ensuring timely delivery even when not explicitly defined in the job description.
• Intelligence & Communication: Prepare materials, arguments, and battle‑maps for high‑stakes meetings, ensuring alignment across leadership, ops, marketing, and product teams.
