Customer Service Representative - English Speaker

About the role
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative (English Speaker) to support the Sales team by managing the full customer order lifecycle, from order entry through invoicing and delivery, and to handle customer‑reserved inventory.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the Order‑to‑Invoice process.
- Communicate with customers and suppliers, providing after‑sales support primarily via email and occasionally by phone or chat.
- Monitor order backlog and handle customer requests and changes.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as Sales and Logistics to ensure on‑time delivery.
- Drive customer satisfaction and improve process efficiency.
Required profile
- Proficiency in English.
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel (intermediate to advanced).
- Previous experience in Customer Service.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Customer‑focused mindset and strong team player.
