We are looking for a dynamic and organized Dispatch Agent to manage daily operations for our premium limousine and chauffeur services based in the United States. This is a fully remote position designed for professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, international environment.

Missions principales

• Manage end-to-end booking processes to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Provide real-time communication and coordination between American clients and professional chauffeurs.
• Monitor flight statuses in real-time and proactively adjust schedules to prevent delays.
• Maintain and update trip details accurately using the Limo Anywhere software.
• Handle last-minute changes, cancellations, and urgent requests with efficiency and professionalism.

Profil recherché

• Native or near-native fluency in American English (essential for client interaction).
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in dispatch, reservations, customer service, or sales.
• Ability to work according to US time zones, including weekly rotating shifts (day/night).
• Flexibility to work on weekends according to the established schedule.
• Proven ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a high-stakes environment.
