RED TIC, a leading IT consulting firm based in Casablanca, is looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Technical Lead. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end‑to‑end technical design and development of D365 F&O solutions, acting as the primary technical authority for the platform. This includes providing guidance to developers, functional consultants, and business stakeholders, defining and enforcing coding standards, architectural guidelines, and best practices.

The role requires deep expertise in X++, C#, .NET Framework, and Azure DevOps, as well as hands‑on experience with Power Platform, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Dataverse integrations. The candidate must also be proficient in data migration, interface design, and third‑party system integrations, managing technical configurations, workflows, and performance optimization.

Key responsibilities include collaborating closely with functional teams, project managers, and business stakeholders to ensure successful solution delivery, conducting code reviews, technical assessments, and quality assurance checks, and supporting environment management, deployment processes, and DevOps pipelines. The role also involves troubleshooting technical issues to minimize business disruption.

Leadership and mentorship are essential; the candidate will guide junior developers and technical consultants, serve as a bridge between technical teams and business leaders, and participate in architecture and design review boards.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, with at least five years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O development and architecture. A Microsoft Certified Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Apps Developer Associate or Solution Architect Expert certification is preferred, along with experience in Azure CI/CD pipelines and automated testing. Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and leadership skills, as well as excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities, are required.
