Environmental Health Safety Specialist

About the role

This full‑time hybrid position is based in the Casablanca Metropolitan Area and focuses on ensuring compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations. You will work closely with multiple teams to monitor workplace safety, address hazards, and foster a strong safety culture across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain compliance with all relevant EHS regulations and internal policies.
• Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop appropriate mitigation measures.
• Design, implement, and continuously improve safety protocols and procedures.
• Deliver safety training programs and workshops to employees at all levels.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to monitor workplace conditions and promptly address identified hazards.
• Promote a proactive health and safety culture throughout the company.

Required profile

• Proven expertise in health & safety and occupational health practices.
• Strong knowledge of Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) standards and programs.
• Experience developing and delivering safety training initiatives.
• Excellent organizational, problem‑solving, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health, Environmental Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Professional EHS certification (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA) is a plus.
• Prior experience in a similar role within the Casablanca area is advantageous.
