About the role
The EBC Group & Events Sales Executive supports sales and marketing activities at Taghazout Bay Marriott Resort, driving revenue through up‑selling, package sales and guest engagement.
Key responsibilities
- Update information board regularly to inform employees of important events.
- Provide assistance and guidance to employees struggling with job duties, such as low package sales numbers.
- Assign lead calls or emails to Sales Executives based on line rotation.
- Create and maintain spreadsheets for sales and marketing activities, including mailing lists and tours.
- Enter, retrieve, reconcile and verify information in sales software and resolve guest calls, requests or problems.
- Promote brand awareness internally and externally and use sales techniques to maximize revenue while maintaining guest loyalty, including up‑selling and encouraging preview package sales.
Required profile
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Minimum of one year of relevant work experience in sales or hospitality.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No specific license or certification required.
