We are currently recruiting an Experienced English Sales Agent to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in expanding our client base and delivering cutting‑edge digital marketing solutions that enhance our clients’ online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, presenting our digital marketing services and solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
• Identify and qualify sales opportunities, using a consultative approach to address client needs.
• Collaborate with the Facilitators and internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client objectives.
• Track and report sales metrics, providing insights for continuous improvement.

Candidate Profile:

• Fluency in English (advanced) and basic proficiency in French.
• Experience in telephonic sales, preferably within the digital marketing or call center sector.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage clients and close deals.
• Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and able to work independently while collaborating with a team.
