About the role

The Expert Compensation & Benefits Country will implement and maintain a consistent remuneration and rewards system in Morocco, aligning with LEONI's global HR standards. This role ensures competitive compensation structures and provides expert guidance on C&B matters.

Key responsibilities

• Execute grading, remuneration and rewarding systems based on global HR standards.
• Set up and maintain the country’s compensation and benefits structure.
• Monitor competitive wage ranges and adjust schemes accordingly.
• Plan and deploy salary increases, both collective and performance‑based.
• Provide C&B consultancy, training and materials.
• Ensure compliance with global policies, processes, tools and data quality standards.

Required profile

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent.
• 5‑8 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, Total Rewards, payroll or remuneration management.
• Fluent French and professional English.
• Strong knowledge of Moroccan labor law, social security obligations and payroll taxation.

Required skills

• Ability to conduct market salary surveys and analyze salary gaps.
• Expertise in salary structures, compensation policies, employee benefits and variable compensation schemes.
