Program Overview

The Fast Track Business Engineer Program is a 12‑month, full‑time, on‑site initiative based in Casablanca, Morocco. Designed for recent graduates (0–2 years of experience), the program accelerates participants into the role of Business Engineer—a key position bridging retail, wholesale, and digital distribution.

Program Structure

Phase 1 – Retail Immersion (Months 1–3)
• Shadow senior sales and operations teams in independent grocery stores.
• Learn the Z marketplace platform, inventory management, and pricing strategies.
• Develop negotiation skills with retailers and suppliers.

Phase 2 – Wholesale Immersion (Months 4–6)
• Transition to wholesale operations, managing bulk orders and supplier relationships.
• Apply data analysis to optimize order fulfillment and inventory turnover.
• Use Excel/Sheets for reporting and forecasting.

Phase 3 – Digital & Data Analytics (Months 7–9)
• Dive into digital marketing, loyalty programs, and buy‑now‑pay‑later features.
• Conduct business analysis to refine the B2B2C ecosystem.
• Present insights to founders and leadership.

Phase 4 – Capstone Project (Months 10–12)
• Lead a cross‑functional project to launch a new retail feature.
• Manage stakeholder communication, timelines, and deliverables.
• Demonstrate ownership and execution from Day 1.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales and negotiate contracts with retailers and wholesalers.
• Analyze data to identify growth opportunities and operational efficiencies.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and engineering teams to align retail strategies.
• Maintain strong customer relationships across the distribution network.
• Support field operations, including site visits and driver’s license usage.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate (0–2 years of experience).
• Fluent in French and Darija; English is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills (Excel/Sheets basics).
• Driver’s license is a plus for field work.
