Finance Manager in Training (MIT) – Luxury Hotel

About the role

The Finance Manager in Training (MIT) program is designed to develop future finance leaders within a luxury hospitality environment. You will gain hands‑on experience across accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and internal controls while working closely with senior finance leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily accounting functions and ensure accurate transaction processing.
• Assist in the preparation, analysis and presentation of financial reports.
• Participate in month‑end close activities, audits and internal control reviews.
• Contribute to budgeting, forecasting and business analysis projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Highly organized, eager to learn and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build positive relationships across departments.
• Fluency in English required; French and Arabic highly preferred.
• Eligibility to work in Morocco.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
