Freelance Clinical Psychologist / Counsellor – Telehealth

About the role

Join Intellect’s telehealth platform as a freelance Clinical Provider, delivering 60‑minute video sessions that support clients’ mental health and personal growth. This remote position offers flexible business hours and the opportunity to supplement an existing practice.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct 1‑on‑1 telehealth (or onsite when required) sessions for clients dealing with depression, anxiety, trauma, schizophrenia, eating disorders, addiction, and related conditions.
• Provide evidence‑based mental health coaching and therapeutic support tailored to individual goals.
• Collaborate with Intellect’s internal clinical team to suggest improvements to the program and platform.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Counselling or Clinical Psychology.
• Minimum of 300 clinical hours completed after the master’s degree.
• Fluency in English and the local language.
• Experience in Employee Assistance Programs, adult counselling, or managerial coaching is a plus.
• Willingness to work onsite if needed.

• Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) or other evidence‑based approaches.
• Motivational Interviewing.
• Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT).
• Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).
