German & English Bilingual Technical Support Agent (Remote)

About the role

Influx is seeking a German‑English bilingual Technical Support Agent to join its remote team in Morocco. You will be the first point of contact for employees facing everyday IT issues in a cloud‑based workplace, helping them keep their devices and software running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and triage IT support requests via ticketing system, email or phone.
• Troubleshoot user account, laptop, email and workplace‑tool problems.
• Assist with login issues, password resets and system access.
• Support basic email configuration and software troubleshooting.
• Set up, configure and manage laptops and other devices.
• Document incidents and resolutions in the ticketing platform.
• Escalate complex issues to senior IT or development teams.
• Provide a friendly, service‑oriented support experience.

Required profile

• Native or near‑native German (minimum C1) and professional English proficiency.
• 2–5 years of experience in IT Support, Helpdesk or Service Desk roles.
• Experience supporting end‑users in a business environment.
• Familiarity with ticketing or IT support systems and voice support.
• Ability to prioritize multiple requests and work independently.

Required skills

• Microsoft Exchange tools and environment.
• Microsoft Intune and device management (MDM).
• Active Directory.
• Microsoft 365 suite, including Outlook.
• Windows 10 (or later) and macOS troubleshooting.
• Ticketing system usage.
