Graphic Designer – Marketing & Social Media

About the role

We are looking for a result‑driven Graphic Designer & Social Media & Marketing Design Specialist to join our marketing team. You will develop and implement a multichannel content strategy, manage projects from concept to execution, and help build awareness and engagement with current and new customers. Reporting to the Head of Growth & Marketing, you will partner in creating, planning, prioritising, and measuring the efficacy of our content program.

Key responsibilities

• Produce visual assets: videos, motion design, and static graphics for social media and marketing campaigns.
• Create mobile‑friendly ads for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and Google Ads.
• Take ownership of projects from concept to execution, collaborating with Product, Growth, and Marketing teams.
• Develop and manage a content calendar and strategy aligned with local merchant culture.
• Craft web and campaign copy in Inyad’s voice, including social ads, landing pages, emails, and sales material.
• Script and help produce video content such as customer stories, testimonials, and tutorials.
• Create long‑form and short‑form content: whitepapers, webinars, blogs, and infographics.
• Collaborate closely with teams to ensure accuracy, consistency, and high‑quality deliverables.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in marketing and design, preferably in a startup or agency.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere).
• Strong aesthetic sense, attention to detail, and passion for creative marketing content.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment and work independently or in a team.
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic, French, and English.
• Experience in content marketing: blogs, webinars, whitepapers, videos, and sales collateral.
• Compelling storyteller capable of turning complex topics into engaging content.
• Knowledge of social media best practices, basic SEO, and content performance analytics.
• Proactive, resourceful, and adaptable to a dynamic startup environment.
