We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Receptionist to become an integral part of our front‑office team. This role is pivotal in shaping the first impression guests receive and ensuring their stay is memorable from the moment they arrive until their departure.

    Key responsibilities include welcoming guests with a friendly and professional demeanor, managing check‑in and check‑out procedures efficiently, and handling reservations through our booking system. You will also be responsible for answering phone calls, responding to emails, and providing accurate information about hotel services, local attractions, and transportation options. Your ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a calm and organized environment will be essential.

    In addition to front‑desk duties, you will play a vital role in processing payments, preparing daily financial reports, and ensuring all guest requests are addressed promptly.
