About the role

ALTEN Maroc is seeking an experienced Automotive Validation Engineer to lead validation activities for vehicle connectivity, entry, alarm and theft‑protection systems. You will work on hardware and software integration, ensure traceability through PLM tools and support safety and quality compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Define, maintain and execute validation and test plans for automotive electronic systems.
• Manage test campaigns, resources and vehicle availability, monitoring progress and preparing validation reports.
• Track open issues, coordinate corrective actions and ensure closure.
• Lead validation for Connectivity Access & Start, Vehicle Entry, Alarm and Theft‑Protection systems.
• Support HW/SW integration and validation on new releases.
• Ensure configuration and deliverable traceability using PLM tools.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams, suppliers and project stakeholders.
• Contribute to safety and quality activities in line with automotive standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive system validation.
• Proven experience with connectivity, entry, alarm and theft‑protection systems.
• Strong knowledge of automotive electronic architectures and embedded systems.
• Understanding of functional safety processes (ISO 26262 is a plus).
• Excellent analytical, communication and coordination skills.
