About the role

ALTEN Delivery Center Morocco is seeking an Automotive Validation Engineer to lead validation activities for connectivity, entry, alarm and theft‑protection systems. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure new hardware and software releases meet safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Define, maintain and execute validation and test plans for automotive electronic systems.
• Manage test campaigns, allocate resources and ensure vehicle availability.
• Monitor test progress, generate validation reports and track open issues.
• Coordinate corrective action plans until issue closure.
• Lead validation for Connectivity Access & Start, Vehicle Entry, Alarm and Theft Protection systems.
• Support HW/SW integration and validation of new releases.
• Maintain configuration and deliverable traceability using PLM tools.
• Collaborate with suppliers, project stakeholders and cross‑functional teams.
• Contribute to safety and quality compliance in line with automotive standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive connectivity, entry, alarm or theft‑protection systems.
• Proficiency with PLM tools and test planning, execution and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of automotive electronic architectures and embedded systems.
• Understanding of Functional Safety processes (ISO 26262 is a plus).
• Excellent analytical, communication and coordination abilities.
