    Orange Business, a leading digital integrator with a presence in over 30,000 employees worldwide, invites a highly motivated Internal Control Specialist to join its Rabat office. This position is part of the Internal Control, Risk and Revenue Assurance governance team, designed to support the development of an effective internal control program and risk management within Orange Business’s perimeter.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Tools and Process Digitalization: Participate in the deployment of new tools to streamline internal control and risk management processes. Provide support for the deployment of new tools, train and assist users, and set up and administer the internal control library for communication purposes.
    • Internal Control and Financial Audit: Contribute to the deployment program of Orange Business’s internal control system across subsidiaries, evaluate subsidiaries, and carry out preliminary work for external audits (as per ISA600 requirements). Monitor the effectiveness of the internal control system and conduct tests of effectiveness.
    • Collaboration and Reporting: Report to the head of operational internal control for France and affiliates, ensuring alignment with global standards and local regulations.

    Candidate Profile:

    • Master’s degree in business, finance with specialization in audit or risk management.
    • 5 years of relevant experience in internal control, risk management, or financial audit.
    • Strong knowledge of internal control frameworks, risk assessment, and financial accounting procedures.
    • Proficiency in English (written and spoken). French is a plus.
    • Comfortable with digital tools, training, and communication.
    • Organized, rigorous, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking.
