In Rabat, the Junior Account Manager will be responsible for cultivating and managing relationships with key partners, such as merchants and service providers, to expand Glovo’s service coverage and enhance customer satisfaction.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute partner acquisition strategies to increase the number of active merchants on the platform.
    • Maintain and grow existing partner relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
    • Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align partner initiatives with business objectives.
    • Analyze performance metrics and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
    • Prepare and present regular reports on partner performance, revenue contributions, and market insights.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Minimum 0–2 years of experience in account management, business development, or partner relations.
    • Strong business acumen and a data‑driven approach to decision making.
    • Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
    • Hands‑on, autonomous work style with the ability to take initiative.
    • Excellent communication skills in both French and English, with a proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
    • Academic background of at least a BAC +5 (equivalent to a Master’s degree).

    Work Environment:

    • Full‑time, permanent contract (CDI).
    • On‑site work in Rabat, with a flexible schedule to accommodate partner needs.
