Junior Account Manager (Travel Tech)

About the role
RateHawk, part of Emerging Travel Group, is looking for a Junior Account Manager to help grow its presence in France and the Benelux region. This remote position focuses on building and maintaining relationships with travel partners while supporting the company’s innovative travel‑tech solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Expand and consolidate RateHawk’s presence in the assigned territory.
- Make outbound calls to generate new sales leads.
- Maintain and develop relationships with signed partners such as tour operators, travel agencies, travel management companies, and OTAs.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities.
- Provide system training and ongoing product presentations to partners.
- Address incident issues and ensure partner support.
- Conduct market and competitive analysis.
- Report regularly through CRM and internal systems.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Experience in sales or a similar customer‑facing role.
- Proactive, ambitious, results‑focused and comfortable in a fast‑changing environment.
- Data‑driven decision‑making and strong analytical abilities.
- International mindset with the ability to work across diverse cultural contexts.
- Fluent in French and English; Dutch is a plus.
