Novancy Consulting, a leading IT staffing and recruitment firm, is expanding its talent acquisition team in Casablanca, Morocco. We are seeking a Junior Tech Recruiter to support our growing client base across various industries. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and evaluating tech talent to meet our clients’ evolving needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sourcing: Utilize job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and professional networks to identify qualified candidates. Craft compelling job advertisements to attract top talent.
• Screening: Conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess candidates’ technical skills, experience, and language proficiency. Evaluate alignment with job requirements and cultural fit.
• Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential candidates for current and future openings.
• Collaboration: Work closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver suitable candidates.
• Candidate Experience: Communicate professionally and promptly with candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 0–6 months of recruitment, sourcing, or related experience (internships included).
• Strong research and communication skills.
• Fluency in French and English (written and spoken).
• Basic understanding of technology-related fields.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
