Position: Junior Tech Recruiter (Chargé de Recrutement)

Location: Casablanca, Morocco

Employment Type: Full‑time, Hybrid (office and remote)

Key Responsibilities:

• Sourcing: Identify qualified candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, professional networks, and other channels.
• Job Advertising: Craft compelling job postings to attract top talent.
• Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future openings.
• Screening: Conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Collaboration: Work closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver suitable candidates.
• Candidate Experience: Communicate professionally and promptly with candidates, ensuring a positive experience.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 0 to 6 months of recruitment, sourcing, or related experience (internships included).
• Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).
• Strong research and communication skills.
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a bonus.
