    Novancy, a leading IT staffing and talent recruitment firm, is seeking a Junior Tech Recruiter to join its dynamic team in Casablanca. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in identifying, engaging, and evaluating candidates to meet the needs of our diverse client base across technology, digital transformation, and consulting sectors.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Sourcing: Utilize job boards, social media platforms (LinkedIn, etc.), professional networks, and other channels to identify qualified candidates.
    • Job Advertising: Craft and post compelling job advertisements to attract top talent.
    • Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future openings.
    • Screening: Conduct initial phone or video interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and language proficiency.
    • Documentation: Record candidate evaluations and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
    • Collaboration: Work closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver suitable candidates.
    • Candidate Experience: Communicate professionally and promptly with candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
    • 0 to 6 months of experience in recruitment, sourcing, or a related field (internships included).
    • Preference for candidates with a good understanding of technology‑related fields.
    • Fluent in French and English (both written and spoken).
    • Strong research and communication skills, with the ability to engage and assess candidates effectively.
    • Basic understanding of recruitment processes and techniques; advanced level is a plus.
    • Proficiency with MS Office Suite and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a bonus.
    • Detail‑oriented, organized, and eager to learn in a fast‑paced environment.
